2. Registration and Eligibility

2.2. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
2.3. Registration can be completed through available methods, including referral links or entering a referral code.
2.4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity conducted through their accounts.
3. Token Usage and Transactions
3.1. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively using tokens: Purchase Credits (PT), Reward Credits (RT), and Social Credits (SC).
3.2. Tokens are not real-world currencies and are used solely within the Platform.
3.3. Transaction fees may apply for deposits, withdrawals, or purchases. These fees will be disclosed before the transaction is finalized.
3.4. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transaction details before confirmation.
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
4.1. Users agree to:
- Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect the rights of other users and third parties.
- Refrain from any actions that may harm the operation of the Platform or its reputation.
4.2. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, and the distribution of prohibited content.

- Manipulating system functionality, exploiting vulnerabilities, or engaging in any fraudulent behavior.
4.3. Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts, assets, and tokens. The Platform is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user’s account.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the Platform, including text, images, software, tokens, and NFTs, is the intellectual property of the Platform and is protected by applicable laws.
5.2. Users may share or repost content related to their own accounts but are prohibited from sharing or using content belonging to other users without prior permission.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. The Platform collects, processes, and stores user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Platform Changes
7.1. The Platform reserves the right to modify token conversion rates, NFT reward conditions, and other system parameters without prior notice.
7.2. Accounts that remain inactive for more than six months may be suspended.
7.3. Accounts may also be blocked for violations of these Terms, including:
- Breaching laws or the Terms.
- Engaging in actions that harm the reputation of the Platform.
- Spreading false information, defamation, or engaging in other harmful activities.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
8.1. The Platform and its affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of tokens or digital assets.
- Non-refundable transactions.
- The absence of guaranteed profits or returns.
8.2. All calculations and transactions on the Platform are conducted in tokens, which may or may not be convertible to cryptocurrency.
8.3. The Platform does not process real-world currency transactions and is not responsible for any claims arising from token conversion.
9. Bonus Program Participation
9.1. To participate in the bonus program, users must register using a referral link or enter a referral code during registration.
9.2. The terms and conditions of the bonus program will be provided separately.
10. Changes to the Terms
10.1. The Platform reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time.
10.2. Notifications of significant changes will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
